    I'd like to join ASOP festival. I'm Joel Tangunan, I'm in a wheelchair and I'm currently living here in Manaoag, Pangasinan. I read your Contest Guidelines and on the Submission of Entries section, the entry must submit personally and I wonder if I can send my entry through registered mail, if that is fine.
